Custom-designed, personalized, resized, or engraved pieces are final sale unless they arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect.

Refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5–7 business days after the returned item has been received and inspected.
All Julysnow jewelry is crafted in solid 18K gold (Yellow, White, or Rose) or 950 Platinum. We never use plated or hollow settings. Every piece is hand-finished by master jewelers with over 11 years of experience.
