Refund Policy

We want you to feel confident when purchasing Julysnow jewelry. If you are not fully satisfied with an eligible item, we offer a 30-day return or exchange policy.

Order Cancellation
Orders may be cancelled before the item has shipped or entered production. Once an order has shipped or production has started, it can no longer be cancelled.

Return Eligibility
We accept returns or exchanges for unworn, non-custom pieces within 30 days of delivery.

To be eligible, the item must be:
- Unworn and unaltered
- Free from scratches, resizing, engraving, or signs of wear
- Returned with the original jewelry box, warranty card, and any included gemological certificate

Non-Returnable Items
The following items are final sale unless they arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect:
- Custom-designed jewelry
- Personalized or engraved items
- Resized or specially adjusted pieces
- Special stone requests or made-to-order custom pieces

Return Shipping
For non-defective returns, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.

If the return is due to our error, such as a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, Julysnow will cover the return shipping cost.

Please contact support@julysnowjewelry.com before sending any item back. Returns sent without prior approval may not be accepted.

Refunds
Once your return has been received and inspected, we will notify you by email whether the refund has been approved.

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5-7 business days. Your bank or credit card provider may require additional processing time before the refund appears in your account.

Exchanges
Eligible items may be exchanged within 30 days of delivery. If the replacement item has a different price, we will confirm any balance or refund before processing the exchange.
