At Julysnow, every jewelry order is carefully prepared, securely packaged, and shipped with tracking.

Shipping Destinations
We currently ship to the United States only.

Shipping Cost
We offer complimentary standard shipping on all orders within the United States.

Processing Time
Orders are processed within 1-3 business days, Monday through Friday, excluding public holidays.

Orders placed on weekends or holidays will begin processing on the next business day. Some orders may require additional verification before dispatch for security reasons.

Estimated Delivery Time
Standard shipping usually takes 5-10 business days after dispatch, depending on the destination.

The total estimated delivery time is 6-13 business days, including processing and transit time.

Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number by email.

Delivery Issues
If your package is delayed, lost, damaged, or marked as delivered but not received, please contact us at support@julysnowjewelry.com. We will work with the shipping carrier to help resolve the issue.
