Shipping Policy

At Julysnow, every jewelry order is carefully prepared, securely packaged, and shipped with full tracking.

Shipping Destinations We ship to most destinations worldwide. Shipping is complimentary on jewelry orders. Orders containing a loose diamond priced under US$500 incur a US$30 shipping fee, charged once per order. Loose diamonds priced at US$500 or more ship free unless the order also contains a loose diamond priced under US$500.

Loose Diamonds Availability and dispatch timing are confirmed manually after payment and inspection.

Production & Processing Time Each jewelry piece is made to order. Please allow 10–15 business days for production (Monday–Friday, excluding public holidays).

Orders placed on weekends or holidays will begin processing on the next business day. For security purposes, some orders may require additional verification before shipment.

Estimated Delivery Time Standard shipping typically arrives within 5–8 business days after dispatch, depending on the destination.

Estimated total delivery time for made-to-order jewelry is 15–23 business days, including production and shipping time.

Order Tracking You will receive a tracking number by email as soon as your order has been shipped.

Shipping Issues If your package is delayed, lost, damaged, or shows as delivered but you have not received it, please contact us at support@julysnowjewelry.com — we will work with the carrier to resolve the issue promptly.
